are a mini- branch in itself, since it provides you a range of services. The
services which are provided through the ATMs are-
- Cash Withdrawal (AED in all ATMs; US$ and Sterling pounds in certain ATMs)
- Cash Deposit (Certain ATMs)
- Cheque Deposit (Certain ATMs)
- Cheque Book request
- Utility Bill Payment (ADDC, AADC, Etisalat, SEWA, DEWA)
- Credit Card Payment
- Transfers (within customers own accounts)
- Balance Enquiry
- Request for statement (to be sent to mailing address)
- Arrow cash service
All the above services are provided free of charge to the customers, irrespective
of the number of times the service is used.
