NBAD is pleased to introduce interactive dynamic bar-coded customer related forms through its website, the first of its kind in the UAE. You may also click here to access the forms.

A barcode is an optical machine-readable representation of data on paper. To access the forms in the Internet, the user must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.0 or above installed in the system, failing which it is configured for automatic downloading of the software when a form is accessed.

In phase I, the Bank is introducing a set of Teller counter forms that will facilitate the user to complete the form at his/her leisure and submit the printout at any of the NBAD branch counters.

The Teller will capture the data using Bar Code Reader, process the transaction and provide the customer with an official receipt - all in few minutes without requiring customer to wait for long.
