How to get your NBAD Premium Debit MasterCard?

Premium Debit MasterCards are offered only to our Elite Banking Customers. As an Elite Banking customer, you are automatically entitled to receive Premium Debit MasterCard.

The card will be automatically linked to your account and you can spend up to the available balance in your account at the time of transaction .Your daily usage for Purchases & Cash withdrawals are limited to AED. 20,000 for purchase and AED. 10,000 for Cash withdrawal for security purpose. However should you wish to amend, please contact your branch.

  1. Paying for goods and services:
    You can use your NBAD Premium Debit MasterCard to pay for all your everyday purchases wherever you see the MasterCard sign.
    Your new card will be accepted at more than 26 million outlets worldwide. Paying with your NBAD Premium Debit MasterCard is very simple. Just handover your card to the cashier who will swipe it through a terminal reader, print the receipt, ask you to sign on merchants copy and provide you with customer’s copy of receipt. Provided that you have sufficient funds in your bank account, your purchase will be authorized.
    The value of your purchase will be deducted from your bank account and all the transactions made with the card will appear on the monthly bank statement. Please check these transaction details carefully by cross-referring with your sales slips. Your new card is like carrying your bank account in your wallet. We therefore recommend that you use your card for purchases instead of withdrawing and carrying cash.
  2. ATM cash withdrawals and other transactions:
    You can withdraw cash from your bank account by using NBAD Premium debit MasterCard:
    • At any NBAD ATM
    • At all other Bank ATMs in UAE displaying UAES witch logo
    • At all Bank ATMs in GCC displaying GCC Switch logo

  3. To withdraw cash, simply:

    • Select your language preference
    • Follow on-screen instructions

CARD SAFETY TIPS

  • On receiving your card, ensure that you to sign on the signature panel at the back.
  • Do not leave your card unattended at any time.
  • Do not write your PIN on your Card.
  • Do not write down your pin on a piece of paper kept in your wallet.
  • Make sure that you get your card back after completing any transaction.
  • Exercise every possible care to prevent the card from being lost or stolen.
  • Keep your card safe at all times, preferably on your person. Treat your card like cash. Never leave it unattended.
  • Do not carelessly discard transaction receipts, statements or any document that has your card/ account details.
  • Always retain your card sales receipt so that you can cross reference against the card transactions that appear on your bank account statement.
  • Report any discrepancies in your monthly statement to your branch within 15 days from the statement date.
  • In the event of loss /theft, immediately report the lost/stolen card to NBAD Call Center 8002211 or International +971 2 6666 164. You will not be held liable for any transactions on the card after it has been reported lost/stolen.
  • Your NBAD debit card is for your personal use only. Never let any other person use your card.
  • NBAD sends free SMS alerts whenever your card is used allowing you to keep track of your card activities. In case you are NOT receiving SMS alerts on your mobile please contact NBAD call centre or your branch.
  • Report IMMEDIATELY to NBAD Call Centre, notification of any unauthorized transaction by SMS.
  • If you change your mobile number or addresses, please ensure to call your branch or Call Centre to update your records.
