Some of our customers require Safe Deposit Box facility, so that they do not have to be concerned about the safe-keeping of their precious and valuable items – be it jewellery or files. That’s why we have Safe Deposit box facility in 12 branches across the UAE. You can operate them at your convenience and relax without worrying about their safety and security. We appreciate your privacy and hence disclosure about the contents kept in the lockers, is not required.

Traffic Fine Payment
Concerned about the speed limit you have unknowingly broken and traffic fine tickets that you have overlooked. You can visit http://www.adpolice.gov.ae/payonline/default.asp to view/pay your Abu Dhabi traffic fines or http://www.dxbtraffic.gov.ae for Dubai Traffic e-Goverment website or call Abu Dhabi Police on 90001234 to find out if there are any traffic fines and simply pay at any of the 9 designated branches before your next registration renewal. Remember, "Kill the speed" and observe road safety at all times.

Miscellaneous Bill Payment
Now you can pay your telephone and utility bills with ETISALAT, Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADDC), Al-Ain Distribution Company , Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) and E-Vision through nbadOnline, Phone Plus 8002626, our network of ATMs or at any of our branches and cash offices.

When paying your bills, you need to have the following information:
- Your full account / consumer numbers with these utility companies;
- Amount you wish to pay;
- Valid access to these channels (nbadOnline access, Phone Plus access or ATM cards).
