from NBAD Visa cards (debit and credit) to Visa cards worldwide.
What is the NBAD Visa Money Transfer Service?
It is a new service executed through nbadOnline that simplifies
to Visa cardholders transfer of money to any Visa cardholders (debit and credit)
worldwide. It is fast, secure and you can send and receive money electronically
in all major currencies, domestically and overseas, 24 hours a day. The service
is great for people who have family or friends overseas and who wish to send
them money. Visa’s secure network ensures your transactions are completely
safe and a simple tracking facility enables you to check the status of your
transactions at all times.

How do I send money?
It is very easy for Visa cardholders to set up a transaction:
- Step 1: Log on to your nbadOnline
- Step 2:Click on NBAD Visa Money Transfer
- Step 3: From the nbadOnline Home Page ,you click on Send
Money and complete some personal and card details
- Step 4: Fill out the Transaction Details
Enter the amount you want to transfer, select to include or exclude the fee
from the amount you are sending, and select whether you want to transfer money
direct to the Recipient’s card.
- Step 5: Fill out the Recipient Details
Provide the requested Recipient’s details with the card number details.
When you have completed this section, and accepted the Terms and Conditions,
you click Get a Quote.
- Step 6: Reviewing the quote and confirming the transaction
details
The next screen will show your transaction details for confirmation, and will
display the transfer fees charged for this transaction. You can then choose to
Cancel the transfer, or confirm it.
Please take note of the :
transfer PIN: and pass it on to the
recipient to enable him/her to view transaction details
If you have provided the Recipient’s Visa Card No. , the money is automatically
credited to the Recipient’s card, and they do not have to do anything!
How do I receive money?
- if you have given your Visa card No. to the Sender, then the money transfer
will go straight to your Visa card account and you do not need to do anything.
- If you have provided your email address to the sender, then you will
receive a notification email about the transaction details.
- You can see full transaction details or find out more about NBAD Visa
Money Transfer, by clicking on the link in the notification email and by
entering your transaction reference number and Transfer PIN, which you get
from the sender. For security reasons, please do not have it sent by email.
