| Ricky Thirion - Treasury, Etihad Airways |
| Ricky joined Etihad Airways in July of 2007 as Vice President - Treasury
from South African Airways wh ere he held the role of Group Treasurer.
Ricky overseas the treasury, financial market risk management, investment,
corporate and aircraft financing, and insurance activities at Etihad Airways.
Ricky holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and various financial and
management related qualifications, and is a member of the Editorial Board
of Journal of Corporate Treasury Management and a committee member of
the Association of Corporate Treasurers – Middle East.
Prior to joining South African Airways, he headed up treasury and risk
management services companies as Managing Director of Andisa Treasury
Solutions, and as Managing Director of Standard Risk and Treasury Management
Services, a subsidiary of the Standard Bank Group.

| Ryan Wong - Group Vice President & Treasurer |
|
Mr. Wong is the Group Vice President and Treasurer of Abu Dhabi National
Energy Company, TAQA, a position he acquired in Jan 2008. In his role
Mr. Wong is responsible for insurance, cash and risk management and corporate
finance. He has over 25 years of extensive oil and gas industry experience
including previous senior financial positions as the Corporate Treasurer
of PrimeWest Energy and Manager of Corporate Planning with Anderson Exploration
Ltd. and Devon Canada.
Mr. Wong is a Canadian national. He is a Certified Management Accountant
(CMA) and has an MBA degree from the University of Calgary.

| Shafqat Malik – Chief Financial Officer (Aldar) |
Shafqat Malik is Chief Financial Officer at Aldar. In this role he is
responsible for financing strategy of the Aldar and its subsidiaries. In
addition, he is also responsible for information technology, business development
and management of non-core operations including theme parks, golf courses,
marinas, fund management and Joint Ventures.
Shafqat has spent the last 10 years in the property sector, 4 were spent
as Finance Director at Mapeley. Prior to joining Mapeley, he held senior
finance positions at Regus PLC and Lease Plan based in United Kingdom.
Shafqat is a chartered certified accountant and corporate treasurer by profession
with over 10 years of senior financial management experience |

| Mukhtar Safi – Chief Financial Officer (GHC) |
| |
Chief Financial Officer of General Holding Corporation "GHC". GHC is an
industrial conglomerate mandated with the development of the industrial
sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. GHC is managing AED 17 Billion of operating
industrial assets and employs 17 thousand employees.
Mukhtar has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and
auditing. He started his career with KPMG, then moved to Dubai Holding,
heading the corporate finance function at the corporate office.
Mukhtar holds a Bachelorette degree in accounting and finance and is a Certified
Public Accounting from the USA. |

| Robby Zahr - Group Treasurer(Al Jaber Group) |
| Robby Zahr is a Chartered Accountant born and educated in Australia and
holds a Bachelors of Science Degree majoring in Commerce and Mathematics
from the University of Adelaide in Australia.
He has over 24 years of work experience of which 8 years were spent
in Australia including 5 years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in the
business services and audit divisions. He moved to the UAE in 1993 and
has spent the last 17 years with Al Jaber Group in the Finance Function
having established the Internal Audit Department and is now Group Treasurer.
He has experience in and exposure to Financial Reporting & Management
Accounting, Banking and Treasury including Capital Markets , Cash and
Trade Finance, Financial Derivatives, Auditing, Risk Management, Corporate
law, Corporate Governance and Investments.
The AL Jaber group is one of the largest private sector groups in the
GCC and has diversified interests in many areas including Contracting,
Manufacturing, Trading and Logistics and Real Estate. They have had an
annual turnover in excess of 3B USD over the past 2 years and are based
in Abu Dhabi, with strong presence in Qatar and Singapore.

| Greg Fewer – Associate Director, Project and Corporate Finance,
Mubadala |
| |
Greg works in Mubadala’s Project and Corporate Finance team, where he
is responsible for both executing third party financings for Mubadala’s
various business initiatives and for managing Mubadala's global banking
network. Greg’s focus since joining Mubadala in May 2007 has been on developing
and executing financing strategies for Mubadala’s Infrastructure, Real Estate,
Financial Services and Energy projects.
Greg joined Mubadala after five years at Barclays Capital where he worked
in their global syndicated finance group. Based out of both London and Hong
Kong, Greg developed a broad base of industry and sector expertise executing
debt transactions across general corporate, M&A, IPO, recap and LBO situations
for borrowers in automotive, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare,
commodity trading and TMT sectors. Prior to Barclays, Greg spent five years
at the CIBC in Toronto where held positions in risk management and business
development within their asset-based financing group. Greg holds a BComm
(Hons) from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from London Business School.

| Dr.Giyas Gokkent |
| Dr. Gıyas Gökkent joined National Bank of Abu Dhabi in June
2006. He is currently Group Chief Economist.
Dr. Gökkent’s experience spans fr om academia, insurance,
and banking. Before coming to region, Dr. Gökkent worked at
the Strategic Planning Department of Garanti Bank, Turkey as an economist
where he also served as a member of an advisory body for Volkswagen-Dogus
Finance Company. Dr. Gökkent has also served as an active
Member of the banking sector advisory body at the Turkish Industrialists’
and Businessmen’s Association.
He has held a number of academic positions since 1997 in the US, Turkey,
and the UAE. He had been an acting department head at Abu Dhabi University
prior to joining NBAD.
Dr. Gökkent holds a Ph.D. in Economics fr om Florida International
University and is a recognized expert in regional economics and the banking
sector.

| Stephen Jordan is the Head of International Money Markets at National

Interest Rate Risk, Head of Proprietary Trading and Head of Treasury . |

| Chavan Bhogaita |
| Chavan Bhogaita joined NBAD in 2009 to work as part of our International
Capital Markets team covering GCC credit markets (bonds and sukuk) across
all sectors.
He has 10 years of experience in credit research. His prior roles include
head of credit research at HSBC (Dubai), Head of Credit Research at Commerzbank
(London), and senior credit analyst at Bear Stearns (London). Previously
Mr. Bhogaita worked in the areas of corporate restructuring and insolvency,
auditing, and corporate finance.

| Bassel Lloyd-Dada is an associate of the structuring and derivative team
at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. He is responsible for creating structured
products for both investments and liabilities, working closely with both

Bassel joined the bank at the end of 2007 after graduating with a Masters

| Hein Van Der Wielen is a senior manager in the structuring and derivatives
team at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. His main strength
is translating financial market instruments into tailor-made client requirements.
Prior to joining the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Hein was a rates
and foreign exchange structurer at Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai.
In 2005, he started his career at ABN Amro Bank NV in the Netherlands as
a foreign exchange derivatives structurer. Hein has a Master
of Science in Investment Theory, and he is a CFA charter holder. |

| Saeed Wajdi is Head of GCC Fixed Income at National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
Previously at HSBC, he held several senior positions over a successful
nine year career spanning sales, regional training, branch and product management.
He rose to be Associate Director Fixed Income Trading Middle East Markets,
following a period as Manager, Corporate Risk Advisory. A member of
the Sheikh Mohammed Programme for Leadership Development, he was one of
only three UAE nationals accredited in HSBC Bank’s Middle East talent pool.

| Revan Wickramasuriya |
| Revan Wickramasuriya is Head of Institutional Coverage for Northern Emirates
for the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. He has over 14 years’ experience in
the financial services sector advising both institutions and corporates.
His experience includes investment banking advisory, structuring investment
portfolios for clients and developing risk management strategies in the
areas of foreign currencies, interest rates and commodities. He is a charter
holder with the CFA Institute in the US and the CIMA Institute in the UK.

back to Treasury and Corporate Sales. He also worked for National Australia
Bank in a similar role. After completing his MBA in 1999 he worked for Sungard
