Private Equity

The Private Equity business line was established at the end of 2008 with an objective to set-up and facilitates innovative platforms to develop private equity funds, projects and making direct investments across multiple industry sectors. NBAD PE will opportunistically at the outset commence by establish PE funds in joint ventures with seasoned regional and/or international industry specialists.

The new division will also, in synchronization with market conditions identify, sponsor, develop, promote and own a portfolio of industrial projects and general service companies. Our vision and strategic objectives will be inextricably linked to positioning NBAD as a major regional and global player in the private equity business.
