“We are delighted that NBAD has been awarded Human Resources Development Award for the second time” said Ehab Hassan, Senior Managing Director & Group Chief Human Resources Officer at NBAD.
“Winning the Human Resources Development Award confirms our leading position as employer of choice in the UAE by running successful recruiting and internship programmes targeting best UAE graduates”. “We wish to thank the National Human Resources Development Committee for this honour, and we look forward to pursuing the ideals of the award” Mr. Hassan added.
As part of its Emiratisation drive, NBAD launched several initiatives to develop and maximise the potential of UAE Nationals.
