We are transparent with information that is relevant to our stakeholders, and are accountable to them for our actions. We seek to engage with our internal stakeholders through our Sustainability Stakeholder Group (SSG) and our Sustainability Champions.
We seek to engage with our internal stakeholders through our Sustainability Stakeholder Group (SSG) and our Sustainability Champions.
The SSG is made up of key representatives from across the divisions and businesses, providing expertise to guide and support the development of our sustainability strategy and action plans.
They guide their respective divisions and work with the Sustainability Champions to embed sustainability practices into the areas of the Bank that they influence.
Sustainability Champions are responsible for delivering our sustainability commitments. It is our people, who deal daily with issues and challenges, who are best positioned to understand and develop innovative solutions and influence their colleagues.
We publish annual financial and sustainability reports, and make these publically available, which include both our successes, and where we need to improve.
